Thursday Jun 30, 2022
Thursday Jun 30, 2022
Jill Sitnick is the author of Rescuing Jill: How MDMA With A Dash of Mushrooms Healed My Childhood Trauma-Induced PTSD. Prior to authoring the book, Jill worked for a large, global technology company focused on educational technology solutions. She left the comfort of that job to put her full focus into telling her story and sharing it with the world.
Growing up with sever trauma, Jill was diagnosed with PTSD at age 49 after the untimely death of her partner. After following the advise of her Doctor, Jill embarked on over a year long journey of guided therapy sessions while under the influence of MDMA which has changed her life drastically, no longer with a clinical diagnosis of PTSD.
This episode is one I hope you share with as many as possible and that all who listen can gain some much needed insight to PTSD and treating it with psychedelics.

Ep. 95: Phil Demers - The Walrus Whisperer
Monday Jun 20, 2022
Monday Jun 20, 2022
Phil Demers is a former Marineland animal trainer who is known as the @walruswhisperer. He has been in a legal battle with Marineland since his departure in 2012, being sued for $1.5 million for plotting to steal a walrus named Smooshi that Phil had imprinted on and that believed him to be her mother.
His story has gained national attention over the past 10 years, including where I heard of him while he was a guest on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast multiple times over that span.
Phil and I talked about how he found himself working at Marineland at 22 years of age in the first place, the mental impact of taking animals away from their mothers, what the future holds for current captive marine mammals, and even some discussion about Phil's musical interests and past experience as a touring musician.
