Ep. 92: Dr. Mike Hart - Cannabis, Ketamine and Mental Health

Dr. Michael Hart, M.D, is one of the world's most foremost experts on plant-based medicine. In 2016 he founded Readytogo medical clinic, where he currently acts as the lead physician and Medical Director. 

He was a former guest on The Joe Rogan Experience, episode 1246 where he debated former New York Times journalist, Alex Barenson who had just authored a book called "Tell Your Children - The Truth About Marijuana, Mental Illness and Violence" a book that shares a negative perspective on cannabis.

In addition to cannabis research, he has recently began to study the impacts of Ketamine on mental health conditions, mainly depression where he has published multiple studies. We talk about this along with a number of other interesting topics, including the impact of "tough love" on people who are struggling to overcome self induced challenges.
