Mary Barron is female jiu jitsu competitor, social media content creator and CEO of jiu jitsu apparel brand, Dogfight Dojo from Austin, TX. In addition to her busy life as an athlete and entrepreneur, she also has has a professional career as an Occupational Therapist. Mary has grown a large following on Instagram and TikTok, sharing jiu jitsu content and highlighting other brands that she is affiliated with. 

We discussed her career as an Occupational Therapist, the work that it entails, the joy and fulfillment it brings her life and why she keeps it separate from what she shares online.

We also talked about what took her down a pathway of jiu jitsu, the value it has brought her life and the training and recovery methods she uses to stay healthy and recover from injuries, including her use of Aktion products which she is an ambassador for.
