Zach Bitter is a world recognized endurance athlete, having broken multiple World and American Records throughout his career in the ultramarathon space, running races of 100 miles and more. He has also worked as a coach with countless other runners to help them achieve their personal goals and is also well know for his ketogenic diet and high fat fueling approach to running.
We discussed his passion for ultra running, the impact running long miles has on the body, his ketogenic fueling strategy and some other cool stories from his 12+ year journey of ultra endurance running.
