Ep. 17: Lauren Sears - 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt & Former Triathlete

Lauren Sears is a 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt out of Austin, TX competing on September 11th at the Submissions on the Shore event in Spring City, CA. A former triathlete and martial artist, she found a passion for Jiu Jitsu after an injury sidelined her from running and the rest is history. 

In addition to her upcoming match, we talked about triathlons and the mindset to accomplish hard to achieve goals and even touched on her desire to venture into Ultra- Marathon running later in her life journey.
