Part 1 of a 2 part episode with author, yogi and podcaster, Eben Britton. His 3rd appearance on The Curious Jones Podcast to share more wisdom from his life's journey, encompassing 6 years in the NFL, a successful podcast career as the co-host of Hotboxin with Mike Tyson, and now his own platform and book both titled "The Eben Flow".

We discussed some of his recent monumental life transitions, his continued journey of enlightenment, and dove into a very important trip to Montana over a year ago that proved as a catalyst for continued reshaping of his being.
